BayWa r.e. has been responsible for the design, development, procurement, management, finance, construction project management and sale of Slageryd. The wind farm is located about 2 kilometers north west of Slageryd. 

The wind farm consists of six wind turbines of the model Nordex N131 3.9 MW and is rated at a total of 23.4 MW. The plant is expected to produce 71,000 MWh per year, which is equivalent to the annual electricity consumption (heating excluded) of 14,200 residential houses.
